How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take a little longer during launches, holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on the carrier and destination. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Eligible items may be returned within 3 days of purchase for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.

Are sale items returnable?

Final-sale items and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact House of Para within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can assist you.

Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?

Orders begin processing quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your address before completing checkout. House of Para is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

How will I know when my order ships?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on the way.
