Refund policy

We want you to love your House of Para purchase. Eligible items may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase or store credit only.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, and damage, with all original tags attached.

Final sale items, bodysuits, intimate-style items, accessories, and items purchased with promotional discounts may not be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Once your return is received and approved, your store credit will be issued. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

House of Para reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
